November 4, 2025 – TheNewswire - Calgary, Alberta – CastleCap Capital Inc. (TSXV: CSTL.P) (the "Corporation") announces that further to its press release dated September 30, 2025 regarding the letter of intent, as amended( “LOI”) and dated September 26, 2025 between the Corporation and Gold Road Inc. (“Gold Road”), the LOI has been terminated by the parties in accordance with its terms. Pursuant to and as part of the termination of the LOI, a break fee of 200,000 common shares of Gold will be issued to the Corporation at the deemed fair market value of such securities and these securities will carry the applicable resale restrictions and legends pursuant to applicable securities laws.

 

In accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, the Company’s common shares will be requested to resume trading.
