Fellow HAY shareholder,
Merry Christmas and happy holidays to you and your family and loved ones! 2025 looks like it is going to be an excellent year for Hayasa Metals.
Since August 15th we have:
· changed the Company name to Hayasa Metals Inc.
· rebranded the website/logos etc., on a shoestring budget
· completed ground magnetometer survey at Urasar which was used for a drill plan (see Figure 1)
· completed a large ground magnetometer survey over Vardenis, the data is processed now and will be released in the early
2025
· completed an IP (induced polarization) geophysical survey at Vardenis (just received final report on Vardenis will get posted
and released first week in the new year)
· completed an abbreviated IP program (3 lines) on Urasar (final report not received yet but will release in the new year)
· deployed capital raised in July 2024 into the 1,600m drill program at Urasar; successfully completed early December, and
· expanded the drill program at Urasar by 500m from 1,600m to 2,100m
HAY will have heavy news flow in early 2025, shareholders can expect the release of:
· IP report on Vardenis (beg. of Jan)
· Vardenis Ground magnetic survey report, beginning of January
· IP report on Urasar (mid Jan.)
· Urasar drilling assay results as follows
o UDD-001, UDD-002 late January, both locations at Copper Creek

2025 Goals and objectives
As a reminder, the Company goals through 2025 are:
1. Secure a royalty on Urasar
2. Sign a JV with a partner on Vardenis
3. Obtain an exploration license on a third property
And the mission of the Company is to continue to advance our projects towards a tier one discovery.
Operationally in 2025 shareholders can expect that we are planning to drill 3,000m at Vardenis and another 2,000m at Urasar. As a reminder, drilling costs in Armenia are materially less than drilling costs in North America—your investment dollar goes a lot farther daylighting value with Armenia drill bits than Mexican drill bits.
Social Media:
The Company is officially blue checked @hayasametals on X. We will start to post photos of drill core and other media on there before the end of the year. As well as here
Getting our message out and amplifying how much value there is in our share price is a top priority for the Company in 2025. Expect X to be the base for content, but the Company will use CEO.ca, Youtube, Tiktok and other platforms like reddit to get our message out there.
Armenian Macro:
Armenia’s economy continues to face a positive outlook, notwithstanding the multiple shocks in recent years. Supported by strong domestic demand, real GDP growth is projected to reach about 6 percent in 2024 and moderate to about 5 percent in 2025. Over the medium-term growth is projected to decelerate to around 4.5 percent, although an acceleration of structural reforms could raise growth potential. Inflation is projected to remain below the Central Bank of Armenia’s target in the short term and rise gradually toward its target over the medium term. External and financial sector buffers remain strong.

Largely unnoticed, Armenia has nearly doubled GDP from US$13.9 bln in 2021 to US$24.1 bln in 2023. This is a country that is trying to improve its GDP per capita and the trend is going in the right direction.
Amulsar, in my opinion, has a higher probability of getting resolved in 2025 than 2024 given the shifting sands of geopolitics. If Armenia can resolve the situation with Amulsar, it will be good for Armenian miners and exploration companies, it will benefit Armenia as more capital finds its way into the country, and it will be great for companies like HAY that are trying to daylight value.
HAY
Our stock at year end is currently under the 2023 deal price, we are undervalued given we trade at a shell Company market cap. If HAY delivers on any of our three goals stated above… lookout.
If we have a successful drill program on top of executing our objectives..., it reminds me of when the great Robert Friedland told me a few years ago that I may need to soon get a telescope to see the price of IVN. So here’s hoping there is a telescope finding its way to all of us HAY shareholders over the holidays! All the best in 2025!
