Dynasty Gold Corp. (TSX-v: DYG) / (OTCQB: DGDCF) is a C$7M (on 85M fully-diluted shares. C$0.08/shr. Oct. 27th) company with ~C$3M in cash, and ~C$2M in warrants/stock options struck at meaningfully higher strike prices. Dynasty is shooting for a million ounces in an upcoming resource estimate.
Management, led by CEO Ivy Chong, has an internal (non NI 43-101 compliant) estimate of 439,410 gold-only ounces grading a solid 2.14 g/t gold (“Au”). Its flagship Thundercloud project is in NW Ontario.
Dynasty is surrounded by players including; Agnico Eagle, Coeur Mining (which acquired New Gold), First Mining, Kenorland Minerals, and NexGold Mining (formerly Treasury Metals). Therefore, Dynasty benefits from access to ample regional infrastructure.

Thundercloud is 200 km SE of the gold mining hub of Red Lake, and 47 km SE of Dryden, in the Manitou-Stormy Lakes greenstone belt. In September 2021, Dynasty Gold acquired full ownership of Thundercloud from Teck Resources. The Project is easy to reach from the Trans-Canada Highway.
Thundercloud’s geological setting has similarities to the regional structural systems in the Red Lake district to the north, and the Abitibi belt in Eastern Ontario, but is far less explored. Exploration to date indicates the potential to define bulk-tonnage orogenic gold mineralization with pockets of high-grade.
Two main gold zones have been outlined: Pelham and Contact. Prior operators, mostly Teck, drilled more than 12,000 meters, mostly at Pelham. At Contact, surface sampling returned solid gold values over tens of metres. In 2021 Dynasty cut two trenches.

One showed continuous gold over several meters; the second was too deep under soil to reach solid rock. In 2022, management completed four holes that hit thick intervals; 73.5 m of 8.4 g/t Au and 34.5 m of ~6 g/t Au.
In 2023 the company drilled ~3,700 meters, confirming high-grade gold continues along strike and near the surface. A hole drilled 100 m east of the 2022 discovery hole (73.5 m of 8.4 g/t) returned 3 m of 19.3 g/t and 3 m of 18.3 g/t.
Two more 2023 holes hit 28.3 m of 5.3 g/t Au, and 12.0 m of 11.0 g/t. Almost all of the drill holes returned significant gold values with intercepts of 50+ meters, most are within 200 m of the surface.

Work continued in 2024 with ~2,700 meters of drilling, extending the known zones. In 2025, Dynasty drilled 1,700 meters, testing new targets and, importantly, stepping out from Pelham to the south, hitting lower grade, but shallow mineralization such as 13.0 m of 0.68 g/t Au (under 50 m deep).
With Au holding the line at $4,000/oz, lower grade mineralization is increasingly viable. Four juniors with open pit mine plans recently updated their resources using a range of 0.15 to 0.24 g/t Au Eq. Dynasty used a 0.50 g/t cut-off in its above-mentioned 439k oz internal resource estimate.
If management can deliver an NI 43-101 compliant maiden mineral resource estimate (MRE) of a million (gold-only) ounces in 1H/27, the Company’s C$4M enterprise value has meaningful upside.
The market either doesn’t believe, or doesn’t know, that Dynasty has close to a million ounces. That’s why the risk/reward proposition is potentially compelling. Yes, very high risk, but there’s been over 24,000 m of drilling. Compare Dynasty Gold to the following peers.

The peer average is ~1.3M ounces at 0.96 g/t, but that’s Au Eq. A few months ago these pre-PEA peers were valued at over C$65/oz. Today they’re at an average of C$47/oz., compared to Dynasty at C$4/oz (if it can deliver a million ounces).
Dynasty has taken a prudent, methodical approach to exploration. CEO Chong thinks tiny juniors are wrong to drill 10,000+ meters in a single program, preferring much smaller campaigns. That way, her tech team can learn more from each hole, using new info to optimally plan and drill subsequent targets.
Her team’s approach can lead to slower progress, but is more efficient & logical. And, it conserves capital. Importantly, key shareholders, most notably Rob McEwen (9% shareholder), agree with this approach.

While the temptation is to drill a bunch of deeper holes to test depth potential, that’s expensive and higher risk. Deeper holes will be called for eventually, but for now mgmt. believes there’s still A LOT of low-hanging fruit at shallow levels.
To be clear, the team is not only infill drilling, they’re stepping out, but keeping step outs relatively shallow.
On October 9th, management announced the completion of a round of drilling, 14 diamond drill holes totaling 3,000 m, aimed at expanding surface-accessible gold mineralization in the South Pelham target area, plus down-plunge extensions of the Pelham deposit. Initial assays are expected in 1H/November.

Six holes were drilled in the South Pelham area, spaced over an area of 300 x 400 m. Eight were drilled at the Pelham zone, of which three were designed to obtain mineralization samples for metallurgical testing required to further evaluate the potential for open-pit mining.
Two holes targeted possible easterly and down plunge extensions of Pelham mineralization, and one tested historically indicated surface mineralization to the north of the Pelham zone, while the other tested an east-west-trending anomaly east of the Pelham zone.
Last year the team found an entirely new zone, lower grade but very shallow. The goal is to ultimately show continuity across up to a 3 x 3 km area (including the new zone). To be clear, that would take a lot more drilling. Management recently drilled two holes a bit deeper down plunge (still under ~250 m vertical depth).

Dynasty Gold is a compelling investment opportunity, and it’s very simple to understand. It has not been heavily marketed, the pace of drilling has been slow, news has been sporadic, but news is almost always good.
The technical team’s careful approach means that every hole hits mineralization, some higher grade than others, but all mineralized. Each conveys important information about the growing resource.
This isn’t a project in (sketchy parts of) Africa, Russia, Papua New Guinea or Venezuela, it’s (hopefully) a million ounces at C$4/oz in Ontario, Canada.

If upcoming drill results are good-to-very good, if they continue to show continuity and solid grades over meaningful widths, then management’s goal of a million ounces by mid-2027 should become clearer, possibly allowing the valuation to move up from C$4/oz part way towards the peer average.
