(TSXV: MMA) (OTC Pink: MDNGF) ("Midnight Sun" or the "Company") announces that they have mutually agreed with KoBold Metals Company ("KoBold") to amend the longstop date of the previously announced earn-in agreement (see news release dated February 20th, 2024) to December 20, 2024. Midnight Sun and KoBold are working collaboratively to complete the final condition precedent and anticipate this to be completed ahead of the amended longstop date.
